Ev and Ceren had spent months researching, interviewing, and travelling to VA regional offices to understand and document the VA adjudication process. I was new to the team when they were finally synthesizing and gathering all their findings into a report to influence future product development lifecycles. I produced journey maps, visuals/styling for their research report, and other assets to use for a co-design workshop we were planning. It unfortunately got cancelled due to COVID-19, so we never got to use the worksheets or activities we made.
