Our class hosted a Chat & Chew event in the Northeast community to share food and discuss experiences in the neighboring marketplace. Hand-lettering and exterior illustration experiments were proposed to share ideas about promoting a more engaging, inviting atmosphere, supporting fresh, local food around the Baltimore community. The project was made in partnership with The Historical East Baltimore Community Action Coalition & the Baltimore Public Markets Corporation.
